This place is great, if you need a really good massage without all the frills! My masseuse William was awesome, he was very thorough. He asked about my pressure, which I tend to like my massages more on the hard pressure side, and his increased pressure was perfect! I will definitely be back!! The place was clean and tidy! Only downside is they only take cash , but other than that it’s a cool place to get a seriously good massage. If you want cucumber water, lush spa robes, and chandelier ceilings, then this ain’t the place for you. But if you work hard all week at your job or in the gym and need a quick massage, definitely hit this place up.

I have been to several different massage parlors. I have never been in so much pain after a massage before. The woman massaging me was extremely rough and aggressive and apparently doesn’t know that screams mean STOP!!!!!! I had severe cramping in my upper back from her jamming her elbow into my shoulder blades. The lady from the front desk heard my yell and came to assure me Brunhilda would ease up. Well she didn’t. She dug her clay like hands in the base of my skull and pulled extremely dangerously hard on my head. That’s enough I said. I should of never paid them. I was in so much pain the next day I went to urgent care. They took ex rays and said she had strained my neck similar to whiplash. I had to wear a brace for a week. Do yourself a favor and a little more money for a trained SAFE Professional.

There is a perfect fit for everyone. Once you find him/her it’s the best place ever. They are super friendly, accommodating and professional. Even the receptionists are super sweet! They work hard as well to get you on the schedule. Don’t expect them to be mind readers. Please speak up and tell these folks what type of massage you want. If you want deep, softer etc.. They need your communication as well instead of giving them a bad review. So if you lay there an hour without speaking up that’s your fault.. Me on the other hand have found the perfect workers there and have a positive experience each time. You are also welcome to stop your massage and ask for someone else.. Don’t be miserable, speak up because they do have several really good gals and guys that do a good job there.

Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted to celebrate my birthday with all my family. We booked a spa day for Saturday September 18 @11:30 am. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Inside, the guy who was massaging me asked me to remove my jewelry and clothes, Which I did. I placed my items on the chair near me. When the massage was over, I got up and grabbed my clothes. I forgot my gold necklace and pendant on the chair. After 20 minutes of leaving the place, I called to see if I can come back and pick it up. The lady kept sending me to different people to ask them if they’ve seen it. No one knew anything about the necklace and the lady on the phone got so frustrated with me and was yelling at me through the phone. I asked who cleaned my room when I left, they should be sanitizing all rooms because of COVID, they refused to Help me and answer all my questions. The necklace has a lot of meaning to me. And they refused to tell me who took it or give it back. I will never one to this spot again they are not truthful or honest. I wanted to celebrate my birthday with all my family. We booked a spa day for Saturday September 18 @11:30 am. The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. I have been coming here for years. Affordable and once you find the right person, it’s great. Only problem is the high turn over and now the young lady who has taken over the front desk is absolutely awful. She’s cold, rude, and pretends not to speak English when you have any questions. I have literally witnessed her not acknowledge people when they come in. I’m writing this review in hopes that it will reach the owner/manager. You’re losing a ton of business with this girl and you’re about to lose mine.

Great prices and great massage. David did a 2 hour massage for me. Knew where to work harder and where to ease up. Feel so much better and relaxed. Only downside is the walls don’t go to the top of the ceiling, so there is some occasional noise.

I’ve been here at this massage place a couple of times now. I’ve had great experiences at this facility. Doesn’t look like much when you go in the front door but once you get inside where the massage rooms are…it’s ok. This place is not a luxury spa, it’s more like a practical spa. The rooms are clean and spartan and no music or soothing sounds or anything like that. They barely speaks any English except for the most basic words. They are great at massaging, thou. Definitely gets the job done and I always feel better the following day. Will definitely come again.

I have visited this spa a total of 4 times. The first 3 visits were great and I thought I had found a great neighborhood spa. Today’s visit was my last for sure. I purshased (2), 90min massages for my mother and I and the 2 men that massaged us thought they were massaging sumo wrestlers, we went in for relaxation session and left feeling as if we were brutally tortured. When we expressed that the pressure was to much they both laughed, several times and chatted in their language the entire massage which was by the way annoying and unprofessional. I didn’t tip as I would normally tip due to the unpleasant experience. When we were done the lady that checked us out was highly rude and disrespectful, and the guy that massaged me had the nerve to say my back was hard, the funny part my heart wouldn’t let me leave without a tip, my mind wanted to walk out and express myself in a totally different way. I will never patronize this business again. If you must try it for yourself ask for Tom he’s the only person their thats worth trying the rest are all arrogant, and rude. My back is still hurting from the torture.

They took me in last minute about 2 hours before they closed and worked the pinched nerve in shoulder out in about the first 5 minutes then it was time to just relax and enjoy the rest of the deep tissue massage for an hour and twenty five minutes. I’ll be back here as often as possible now that I found such a wonderful in town massage spot!

This place has the best value around at $22 for an hour foot massage… Which actually is almost a full body massage so I’m not quite sure why they call it just a foot massage but hey… For $22 who cares? My complaint is that depending on who you get to massage you they can be quite rough. The guy that I had was friendly and nice and did a great job but OMG… He was so rough I asked him a couple times not so rough and apologize but continue to dig deep and actually was bruised and sore when I left this time. If they can pay attention and listen and get to the right pressure… Then this place will be the best. It’s fairly clean and nice and neat and kept up good so that’s always a plus. Every time I go in here and there seems to be availability which is nice as well so I don’t have to have a set appointment. Very accommodating in the lady at the front desk has been very nice every time I’ve come.
