I tried out holiday nails in Escondido and originally I had a great experience with the female nail tech I had. However, twice I saw the gentleman that works there and he was completely rude to me and did not listen to my needs when I asked for a specific nail shape. The last time I was there for a nail repair, I asked him if he could make the nail tip a little bit more narrow as I like a coffin style and he began yelling at me in front of everyone in the nail salon. I was horrified by the terrible service and I will never go back!

This was my first time since I’m new to the area and it was a weekday in the early afternoon. They were completely booked, but was able to squeeze me in since all I asked for was a gel mani and regular pedi. It’s located right next to Ralph’s and is nice and clean on the inside. Service was quick and thorough which I think works for the time they could fit me in. I didn’t have an option for another kind of pedicure since they had other customers with appointments waiting. The gentlemen was detail oriented and took care of my cuticles and did a lovely job on the polish. Everything came out evenly and looks great. No nicks or cuts. $55 total, but I think the gel mani was supposed to be $5 off since I didn’t have any polish on my nails to remove. I’ll would try this place again, but make sure I make an appointment.

Best place I’ve found to get your nails done in Escondido service is always amazing and I love the color selection. The owners are soo sweet and it is always a nice time coming here. I usually do cat eye nail polish for my mani and a gel for the pedi. It is reasonably priced and you always come out looking great. Come check them out, I promise you love it

I never used to get my nails done, but I keep coming back because I love how they look every single time. I have natural nails and Diana either does dip powder or gel when I come in. I never used to get my nails done, but I keep coming back because I love how they look every single time. I have natural nails and Diana either does dip powder or gel when I come in. Not a bad place. They just didnt give me 100% of what I wanted. Asked for gel extensions, ended up with acrylics…2 separate people asked me what I wanted, and neither understood. But then they just ended up talking about it to themselves and laughing, which 2qs rude. Anyways, I definitely like the nails. But the lady scraped up my cuticles and continued to put nail polish remover. She also selected the colors on her own (I just said that I wanted something peachy-pink) and chose the nail with the glitter. Which I didnt ask her. Tipped her well enough though.

Worst experience ever. I got the older man in there and I must say, he was so rude. Yanking my hands when it was time for my next hand. The way he spoke to me was rude. He didn’t try to conversate with me or anything. I had a bad feeling when he called me over. I should’ve stuck with my gut feeling and walked out or asked for a different person. I feel like my nails look like a kindergarter did them. I hate them. And they weren’t cheap either. Never will I go back here. Nor will I ever recommend them. Their review ratings are so low for a reason. Save your money ladies and go somewhere else

15/10 would recommend!! I’ve been going to Holiday Nails for over 15 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. The service is amazing – family owned business! Diana, Tanya, and Lee really know how to make you feel welcome and they did a fabulous job on renovating the location.
