I’m giving 2 stars ONLY because Hannah did a nice job on my nails. However, the shop itself is disgraceful! The chairs are all torn up, I was given a dirty hand towel, and there’s a single picture hanging on the wall for decor. I’d be embarrassed to let the public see my store in such a deplorable condition. You can’t help but wonder how sanitary they are if they care so little about what the place looks like. It’s a shame too because I was very pleased with the work. Clean up your act and your business will boom!

Yes it can use some updating. But as for me., my mani pedi went very well. The salon want crowded at all love that. It looks as thought they’re doing some upgrades new wall panels rearranging of the nail tech stations. They do ask that you was your hands before they serve you, but they didn’t take temps. They should be implementing this because they do have a sign on the front door stating that they take temperatures! Same nail tech as the first time I visited them for years ago.

The shop was a mess. There was only two people working. The nails that I originally wanted came out totally different and very curved. I wanted my acrylics to have a black French tip with black pixie dust but instead I got glitter glue to my tip which I didn’t mind. Then after she applied the glitter on my french tip she put a topcoat which ruin the whole set and made The black French tip look lumpy. I went to ask her where did the glitter go and that’s not how I wanted it and she removed the topcoat and put glitter nail polish instead. And when the guy was applying and gluing the nails he made one of them crooked two of them shorter than the other ones and one that was completely out of place and fell out while he was applying the acrylic. I had to switch to a different nail tech in the shop but they were still bad. Worst Nail Salon ever. The first time I went there they did a horrible job this is my second time coming to give them a second chance. Failed miserably.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy MINI Full Set popped off within 3 days…. mini meaning there were nubs. The gel application is horrible it has little Black air bubbles in it. My cuticles were also bleeding from The Nail Tec being so rough while filing! Shirley talks about people in her language right in front of them very unethical and insolent woman , She makes me feel very uncomfortable. I will Never come back here again If I could get a Negative 5 Star I would . I called to see if there were appointments available for a pedicure and the lady that answered said come at 10:30, which I did. My pedicure didn’t start until 11. Waste of time. This nail salon is close to home and I did not feel like taking the drive to my usual nail salon. The first impression of the shop is that it looks old and could use a good mopping and wiping down. Im not sure of the name of the techs but I got the older lady I did not like the way she polished my nails, I got someone else for my pedicure and she messed up polishing my toes. She kept trying to fix it by adding another coat, she did not understand that the more she added the crappier it looked. I will never ever return here. The quality of there work is terrible. No pride in what they do

Holiday Nails is where I strive to have my brows done. They are usually waxed perfectly and waxed evenly. I have not had to wait very long to be serviced. The establishment is clean, roomy and neat.
