Horrible service. The employees were very rude with judgmental looks. By far the worst nail salon experience ever. They filed my friends nails crooked and still reacted aggressive in both with her nails and demeanor to my friend and I. After seeing that I decided not to even get my nails done as did she. But she still made us pay 25 dollars after just a file! I also have a small Yorky and they didn’t even let him in but in all the other salons they let my Yorkie in which I understand but my teacup yorkie?

Took me as a walk in. Waited for a tech about 15mins. DUC was worth the wait. A rather quiet man but good at what me does in a decent amount of time.

I made the mistake of telling them I was from out of town! I think they thought that meant I was not intelligent. I was pleased they let me make an appointment quickly to be seen within the hour. However, while I was on my way to the 5:15 appt, they called me around 5 to tell me they were behind. After 45 minutes, I asked how much longer and they said it would be another 5-7 minutes. My appointment was for bio-gel manicure and they wanted to charge me an additional 15 bucks to file off the bio gel I already had on my nails. Then after waiting 45 minutes, she asked me if I want my cuticles cleaned/clipped. I said, isn’t that apart of the manicure? They said, no…that will be an extra 6 dollars. I walked out of the salon and will NEVER return! They are also CASH only! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Nail shop is not worth going to. Workers rush you don’t clean your feet well. The guy that worked on my feet cut my skin trying to clip my toe nails. If you don’t have the correct sandal they charge you for there’s and don’t ask you if you want it or not. They don’t even tell you wait until you nails dry. I had to go sit on the side myself and wait. They have horrible customer service and it’s all about the $. If you want fast sloppy service with flies inside the shop this is your place.
