I have never been treated so rudely. I called to make an appointment and was told I did not need one. Reading other reviews I knew if I just dropped in I’d have to wait for hours! When i explained I wasn’t in town, the woman who answered the phone did not care. She was very rude and did not seem to care about getting more business. That was fine with me. I ended the call and will find another salon.

Horrible service..didnt care to fix the mistakes they made on nails ABSOLUTELY not worth any penny paid. Looked bad bumpy, crooked,made my nails burn and bruise from filing too deep into my real nails. Ripping my cuticles with the drill. Getting snarky when kindly asked to fix small mistakes.

Cindy was recommended by a co-worker. I went in to make an appointment and Cindy asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted a haircut and she told me to sit down and wait they don’t make appointments. I told her I didn’t want to wait and she said “OMG, when do you want to come?” I told her never mind and left. I will not give my business to rude people.

First off, I made an appointment and the guy was super rude. I go in for my appointment time and they tell me I don’t have an appointment and I have to wait an hour. I explained I had made an appointment yesterday and I don’t have an hour to wait. It’s hard for me to find salons here within walking distance and I don’t drive. I would not recommend going here
