The only hair dresser there I know is dedicated and really loves her job …she is usually the only hairdresser there and is committed to her customers. The salon is always clean and I think it would be the ideal salon to work in. Lots of people, men and women and children go there And Ms Kelly is a great hairdresser and she cuts, colors and style’s your hair the way u want it. She is a great girl. Critical: ProfessionalismKaria Was amazing and did a great job on coloring coloring my hair just like I had requested. Although on the other hand her manager begun the day when she walked through the door by yelling at her and constantly throughout my 2 hour experience of being continued to yell the whole time and was very rude not only to the stylist but all the customers in The Salon at the time. It was very unprofessional and rude of her to disrespect not only the stylist but the customers in there this is not what I would expect from a manager. It should have been handled on a 1 on 1 basis not in the middle of a salon floor where everyone and their brother can hear it. Kelly always does an AWESOME job and I would recommend her to anyone!! Her professionalism is on spot, however Joy is a different story. When I called to set up my appointment with Kelly, Joy answered the phone and I thought she said her name was Julie. She proceeded to tell me in a snotty tone that her name was Joy. The rest of the call was just as snotty from her. She asked what my name was and proceeded to call me Mitsy. Her tone made me think this was on purpose. I certainly hope she doesn’t treat other customers like this.
