She took her time and was very professional, nice, organized and kept everything clean. Critical: QualityThe worst haircut I have ever had in my life. Breanna did not know what she was doing, had to have another stylist come over to fix her mistakes. Left the salon looking worse than when I came in. Hair cut is choppy in the back and uneven. I will have to go to another salon this week and have my hair cut again to make it look right. The worst haircut I have ever had in my life. Breanna did not know what she was doing, had to have another stylist come over to fix her mistakes. Left the salon looking worse than when I came in. Hair cut is choppy in the back and uneven. I will have to go to another salon this week and have my hair cut again to make it look right. All I wanted was an inch trimmed off. I will never go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my mother to get a trim , breanna was the lady that done the haircut, mom only wanted a trim, breanna was very unfriendly, unprofessional, the haircut was choppy and she was not satisfied, mom had went back in to speak with her about it and breanna was extremely rude, refused to fix any of her mistakes, and would not give a refund. You would think a business like that would at least try to fix their mistakes , but the only thing she would say was that I don’t even remember cutting your hair and walked off. Took my mother to get a trim , breanna was the lady that done the haircut, mom only wanted a trim, breanna was very unfriendly, unprofessional, the haircut was choppy and she was not satisfied, mom had went back in to speak with her about it and breanna was extremely rude, refused to fix any of her mistakes, and would not give a refund.
