My appointment was at 5 with Cheryl. which her previous appointment ran long, no big deal. I patiently waited. As I was waiting the customer whose appointment was after mine came in. once finished she checked out the that customer then proceeded to skip past me and call the next customer. I said excuse I was scheduled with you at 5. Her response was well you can wait for her to finish, pointing the the stylist that was dying a woman’s hair. Very rude service and I suggest going elsewhere.

Faith is very good at what she does. She is always busy cleaning when she is not working on a client. Faith makes you feel welcome in the shoppe, I think your prices are getting out of control. Watch yourself, better start offering more coupons and decent once at that. I get my hair cut every 6 weeks. I am waiting 2 extra weeks so I can afford to come in to see Faith.
