I went and asked for an ombré to my hair, where the bottom is lighter than the top. My hair stylist was Melissa, and although she is a very sweet lady, she did quite terribly on my hair. Very patchy and uneven, not blended well at all and didn’t even tone my hair after bleaching. I did get half of my money back, but needless to say i will not be returning.

I always come see Stephanie. She’s been doing my hair FOREVER. I follow her where ever she goes. I have super thick hair, and she’s the only one who can layer it how I like and give me the bangs I want. She’s also the only one that can touch up and hard part my undercut/deathhawk without cutting into my long hair.

Made an appointment and gave all of my personal information to the young lady that scheduled the appointment, including my phone number. I show up on time for my scheduled appointment only to be told by a different employee that the person that scheduled my appointment had called off and they had no way to contact me. She offered to still cut my hair but told me I’d have to wait until AFTER she did the other appointment AND the walk in that came in at the same time I did. I understand being short staffed but I DID make an appointment and DID give my phone number. Not happy at all with hiw unprofessionally this was handled.

Took my family to get haircuts. The lady that did my kids cuts did a good job. My Mother and I also got haircuts and both of us had a photo reference of what we wanted. Neither look like the pictures AT ALL. And mine is way shorter than I asked for plus she decided to give me bangs which I definitely didn’t ask for. I hate my hair and it’s too short to even put in a ponytail.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI initially had an appointment at 3pm with Stephanie but she called off and never told her clients. From there, Missy stepped in and helped me with what I wanted. I wanted a few different colors in my hair. She told me she would try and match the picture I showed her. After the first time of all the colors, the red didn’t show up as bright as we thought. She then asked if she could fix it with no extra charge and she amped up the color. Second time was a charm and she not only executed the coloring perfectly, she also cut and styled it as well. I was beyond satisfied.
