There were 2 stylists working .it was 3:20pm on a friday.there was 1 customer in the salon getting a haircut.the 2nd stylist refused to cut my hair because she said she had an appointment at 4:00.forty minutes seems like adequate time to do a wash and trim basic service.very disappointing experience.wont be back
