Critical: ProfessionalismI would give 0 stars if possible. I called on Wednesday made an appt for 630 on Friday. I arrived at 625 the woman greeted me said “ I have about 3 in front of you I’m the only one here it’s going to be about a 45 minute wait”. I said my appointment was at 630 there’s no one here. She said we’re super behind we’re down a stylist. I asked if there was any way I could be seen sooner than 45 mins she said no that’s my standard. She asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no and went elsewhere. I happened to drive back by at 7pm, the Lights were off no one was inside !!! Sign on the door says they close at 8. I would’ve been completely fine if she said hey I’m the only one here I’ve worked all day we’re closing early. I understand that!! But the fact that she lied is what upset me. I understand you’re understaffed and overworked , just be honest about it! Or try to call customers and let them know.I would give 0 stars if possible. This is actually my sons name under my email, so I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. I work within the company. And honestly, was asked to do this, kinda weird. But I never miss an opportunity to hype up other stylist. What people don’t understand is especially through COVID we’ve been put on the back burner, not hitting “numbers” dealing with unappreciative people because we are short staffed and overwhelmed. On any given day, I go in and my book is stacked, no bathroom breaks no lunch or dinner, just behind the chair the whole time. Trying to help you the customer feel the absolute best! That’s my number priority and assume it’s every stylist priority. I’ve been in the industry 13 years have always loved my job. But I promise you, we are tired. So have I been here, no. Would I recommend it, yes! Why? Because I’m sure these girls/guys…have the best intention at heart, which is to leave you happy and feeling beautiful/handsome. Will you please every customer? No, but anyone that’s ever worked in customer service knows sometimes that’s just impossible. Please be patient with us, we are trying. And when we can’t get you in right then and there it’s because we have to give each client the respectable amount of time, as we would you. We appreciate you the customer, and look forward to servicing you in the future!

Made an appointment the day before for my husband to get a haircut. We get there 10 minutes before his appointment and the girl looks at us like we are crazy. I told her we had an appointment and she immediately gets snippy and says “are you sure??” I was most definitely sure, I made the appointment just the day before. They apparently put it in the computer wrong or not at all. I asked her if she could look up his name and she refused, saying she was in the middle of a color. We drove out if our way for no appointment and a rude salon girl. Nice.

I made an appt to get my hair cut , not watch you clean drawers and etc out. I sat there 15 mins after my appt time was made waiting for you to knowledge me before getting up and walking out. The poor customer service i received today has made my decision of never returning to your salon easy.
