My husband went in for a haircut and the young woman that cut his hair completely butchered it. It looked nothing like the reference and the entire time she was asking him questions on how to cut his hair and made it clear she had no idea what she was doing. She honestly seemed like someone’s niece they brought to work that day and she was like eh why the hell not I’ll give it a shot. This is absolutely ridiculous. It’s extremely choppy and uneven and unblended. Some pieces are long some are short and it looks like a bowl cut in the back and not even a decent one. DO NOT get your hair cut here. My husbands hair dresser quit and we decided to give this place a try. Worst decision ever. We will be going back in today to get a full refund as now we have to pay a salon to fix the butchered mess that is his hair now. Thanks!

Critical: ProfessionalismThey have walk in service available. That’s about the only plus. This was the first relaxing thing I was able to do for myself in a long while, the conversation this lady had with me made me want to stab my ears in. Ugh.. it still bothers me because she was clearly not picking up on my misery. And my hair was trash. Uneven edges, blunt bangs that I spent all summer growing it out. Just please dear god, if you love your long hair, don’t go here. They don’t know how to cut long hair here.They have walk in service available. That’s about the only plus. Went there to get my hair highlighted blond burgnudy and a trim the cut is uneven, the blond looks pink. She said she can’t fix it and I would need to come back friday. I told her this had happend last time she didn’t rinse my hair seperately. So unhappy!! Hair coloring, Haircut
