Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLachelle was my stylist and I highly recommend her. It may sound dramatic but she helped me with so much more than my hair. I “had a moment” a few days prior to my appointment with her. I proceeded to cut 12+ inches off my hair and went the extra step of shaving parts of my head. I am in no way shape or form qualified to do this but like I said “I had a moment” She not only fixed what I had done to my hair but she helped pull me out of a dark emotional place. She’s an amazing & beautiful person inside and out and an awesome hairdresser. Convenient parking, and Cierra was my stylist. She was very perfessional, courteous and fun to talk too. She listened to how I wanted my hair done and did it. [Both attempts went completely straight in less than 3 days!] Crystal had no problem with it, & the curls/waves were perfect – lasted well too.
