I normaly come here for a hair cut and once before for a color. This time I had scheduled for a color balayage and instead I got almost a full color except my roots. I like the color applied but not what I wanted or expected to be done. The staff wasn’t as friendly and were mostly on their phones and chatting between each other. I felt very awkward being there.
