Thanks, Lori, for helping us out with a hair nightmare for my son. I have never complained about a bad cut for me or my kid in my life, but cannot put into words what another salon did to my 10 year old son earlier that day. It looked like clumps of his hair had fallen out and the rest was hacked off. Lori was able to see us the same day, and after getting over her initial shock, was able to give my son an AWESOME haircut and he walked out truly happy and smiling! Thank you so incredibly much. I know this seems trivial, but the boy had long hair and wanted to keep it, and had agreed to get it thinned out, and all in one day ended up with short hair. Lori’s kind words made him feel that he looked ‘cool’ and he really liked his new cut, forgetting how horrible it looked when he walked in.
