Been going here for about 30 years and love the location and my stylist. I am saddened by the corporate greed. So many increases in fees. To raise your prices for a simple cut 4 times in less than 2 years is not acceptable. I have been paying extra for a master stylist as it is. Use to get coupons from time to time and they have been stopped. As happy as I’ve been with my stylist I can no longer afford her. Sadly I will be likely moving on. If you decide to be more competitive I would come back but with another increase and a tip I cannot afford this as I need to buy food and pay bills that have also gone up. Very sad you are taking advantage of customers as well!

Extremely disappointed. All they seem to do is roller sets and older women. I brought my daughters in for highlights. I had an appointment for both. Waited 45 minutes before she took first my daughter. We had to come back the next day for my other daughter…with an appointment mind you….Got there 10 minutes before our appointment-Note on the door saying we will be right back…..30 minutes I waited!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. Worst customer service ever! Aweful!

I went today without an appointment to get my hair cut and my eyebrows waxed. Olivia was there, by herself, booked for the entire day, and still took the time to squeeze me in. They cut my sins hair and my hair at the same time. They were good with him and my stylist was very friendly. I got charged 33 dollars for my haircut bc of the length which I got a straight 6 inches cut off so that sucked. The online bbooking also got messed up and they didn’t have my sons reservation- but- they were able to fit him in anyway. Overall, I was satisfied.
