Have been going to Holiday Hair for over 20 years last few times people were extremely rude . Made an appointment for today at 945 . Walked in at 935 and was told Rose the stylist wasnt even in yet and had two clients before me. i explained it could be with anyone they said come back in an hour and a half we will see what time we could take you then. Totally unacceptable and will not be returning here again.

I always request Brenda for my haircuts and I always make an appointment. She takes me in a timely fashion and is very pleasant and professional. I had my hair colored today by a very professional, kind, and talented hair stylist named Brenda. My hair was dark and she lightened it perfectly. I recommend anybody who decides to go to holiday hair ask for Brenda. The price she charged me as well was beyond outstanding as well. I am SO happy with my hair I will be back in the future. The other lady working with her today as well I think her name was Holly? If I heard correctly? She was awesome as well I noticed she took her time with her clients and was always cleaning something. ♥️

My haircut was a skilled one, and they nailed it. In fact, not only did they get it exactly how I wanted, they ended up using me as a model and explained the process as it was done to all the employees, which meant I got the haircut and color done for free. Im not just your typical new guy who gets a new cut and jumps into a five star rating because I think I look good… Ive always trusted holiday hair and this experience only made me trust them even more after the 20+ years I already have. If anyone deserves a five star rating its the girls at holiday hair.

My husband went to Holiday Hair in the Laurel Mall, Hazleton PA to get a haircut and a beard trip/shape up before his work holiday party. He came home with a chunk of hair having gone missing from the back of his head. Apparently the stylist made a mistake and neglected to tell him. I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager (was hoping to at least get the cost of the haircut refunded). I was told that there was not a manager on duty, but she would be in to work on Thursday (This was a Tuesday night). I explained why I needed to speak to her and left my phone number. The stylist I spoke to informed me that I would be getting a call from her that Thursday. Here we are a week later and I have not received any return call. What poor business practice. I’m terribly sorry to say this, but I’m pretty sure our 6 year old could have cut his hair better. Will not be going back.

I had a bad experience Last year n I swore I would never go back there. I was charged for a larger highlight package because of 1 extra foil and didn’t get what I asked for and went back to ask about it they were very nice and offered to fix it but charged the full amount to fix it! Last month I gave them another chance l, which I regret. I very clearly and repeatedly asked for no more than 5 foils because I didn’t want to be charged double for 1 extra foil like last time. I saw more than 5 being put in and spoke up again the hairstylist said “it’s ok they’re babylights” (I didn’t know what babylights were so I trusted my stylist) she was pulling my hair with a pic and I asked to brush it myself to get any knots out but I was told the “pic is best” so I went along with the painful styling. In the end I was again given and charged for twice as many foils as I wanted giving a look I do not like at all and on top of that the new color doesn’t even match the color that was in my hair so my hair is a different shade on top. She saw I wasn’t happy and tried to fix it which made it a little better but what she did couldn’t be fixed without charging me triple or more she wouldn’t be able to fix it to the easy look I originally wanted. I didn’t even bother going back this time because I’m sure they’ll charge me again to fix it so I’m done with holiday hair! With my bad experiences aside the location is horrible right near the playground so it’s hard to relax and enjoy your hair styling with kids screaming right outside the salon. I definitely recommend trying another salon

Took my son in to get his hair fixed after a hair EMERGENCY! And the woman who did his hair seemed like she didnt care. Just quick buzzed him and you could CLEARLY see the chops still in his hair after telling me she could fix it. It seemed she wanted to rush because it was almost closing time.
