Got my hair cut by Aubrey a few weeks ago – they were able to take me as a walk in no problem, and I was out in under thirty minutes with a wash, cut, and blow dry (which was exactly what I wanted). Very professional and kind, definitely will go again.

Absolutely guilted bu Erica into a hairstyle I repeatedly did not ask for. I asked three times for short hair, above the shoulder. Each time I was told things like “let’s do half an inch at a time” or “people want it short and then complain they don’t like it” despite the fact I had multiple images of my own hair at my desired length. Each time Erica cut it, I’d keep saying shorter shorter I want it above my shoulder NOT touching. After it was cut, I said that I wanted it shorter and was told “this is what you want.” Erica then blow dried my hair and used a round brush to curl it under, giving the appearance it was shorter than it actually was and yet still not above the shoulder even when curled under. I was told that my hair was the issue and wanted to curl two different ways (despite styling it the same way all my life with no issue but suddenly my crooked haircut was due to this new issue that was my fault). When it was time to pay, Erica told me she had extra credentials and therefore charges extra but would give me a discount and still charged above what I would typically pay. $45+ later and my hair was still below my shoulders. I came home very disappointed and straightened my hair to see it was uneven and still below the shoulder. I was told by others to return but at that point I was concerned that my hair would spitefully be chopped too short and ended up having to cut it myself.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI made a appointment and I called to say I would be a little late I arrived 7 min after my appointment time. The hair stylist gave me attitude and said what do you want me to do you are late! I’m sorry I said I just am her for a simple up do nothing fancy. She again proceeded to say you are late. I just needed a style done for a party. I asked who the manager was and she said your looking at her. Customer service was terrible if she would have been a little nicer she could have gotten a very large tip for a simple up do. The place was empty not one customer in the whole salon.
