Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityRena at this location always works her magic! She cut and colored my hair but didn’t stop there. My thick hair was loosing its thickness and she educated me on what to do and what products to use. I definitely see a difference! She is always there to greet you with a smile. Rena at this location always works her magic! She cut and colored my hair but didn’t stop there. My thick hair was loosing its thickness and she educated me on what to do and what products to use. I definitely see a difference! She is always there to greet you with a smile. I will always go back to this salon! An extra plus is everyone at the salon is so friendly and it is kept clean. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThree months ago we moved to Pennsylvania and i wanted to go from brunette to blonde. I found this salon and the stylist did my hair really well. She told me to come back in three months and we could do more color to get it to the blonde I’d be happy with. I came back to the same stylist and asked for chunky all over highlights. She put almost platinum blonde only on my roots. I did not ask for platinum. I was unhappy and another stylist told me to come back the next morning to fix it. She told me she would put toner in my roots then pull it down to the ends to fix the blonde to where I’d be happy with it. When it was done I was crying in her chair. She had turned me back to brunette.The following day I went back to the salon and spoke to the manager. She basically told me that it was my own fault and that my hair is so coarsely that’s why the toner darkened my hair as much as it did. My hair was healthy when I walked into that salon the original day of service. She tried to sell me a deep conditioning and when I said no I wanted my money back so only offered me a % of what I paid. I would not recommend this salon. They destroyed my hair. Three months ago we moved to Pennsylvania and i wanted to go from brunette to blonde. I found this salon and the stylist did my hair really well. She told me to come back in three months and we could do more color to get it to the blonde I’d be happy with. I came back to the same stylist and asked for chunky all over highlights.
