Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueRecently visited the salon for two children’s haircuts. We had the pleasure of working with Jen. The changes that holiday have put into place to ensure the health and safety of both employees and customers are great. It is clean and they make sure to sanitize and clean everything between customers. I love the fact that I can call ahead and schedule time. With two young boys it’s difficult to wait for the stylist to be available. Jen did a great job she worked with both of the boys to ensure they looked amazing through the wiggles and the frustration. She made sure the hair cut fit the hair of the child rather than just giving them the standard boy cut. 10/10 would recommend both Jen and this salon for anyone looking for a place for child’s hair cut.Service: HairstylingRecently visited the salon for two children’s haircuts. Recently visited the salon for two children’s haircuts. We had the pleasure of working with Jen. The changes that holiday have put into place to ensure the health and safety of both employees and customers are great. It is clean and they make sure to sanitize and clean everything between customers. I love the fact that I can call ahead and schedule time. She always remembers me and my hair type. My likes and dislikes. I felt very welcomed by Kelly coming into a new salon. I travel over 45 minutes for services from her. I will say that when I entered the salon the manager and other stylist were present and not one said hello. The environment was very stiff and sometimes unfriendly. If I didn’t love Kelly so much and just walked in to this location on a whim I probably would not return. At one point another stylist yelled to Kelly not to take “her” dryer. Obviously my services needed a dryer as well. This was concerning that professionals were not accommodating all patrons. Kelly had to find a working dryer for me. My appointment was scheduled in plenty of advance and shame on holiday hair for not having working equipment for such a busy salon. Like I said, if it weren’t for my trust and satisfaction with Kelly I would not ever go back. Kelly dedicates herself to her clientele and goes above and beyond making it a great experience. And I’ll continue to make appointments with Kelly. This is all besides the compliments from friends family and strangers on my great hair! I had an appointment with Kelly. I actually followed her from the Allentown salon. She, as always, paid close attention to my needs. She always remembers me and my hair type. My likes and dislikes.
