Our usual pick was not there today so we experimented with this other lady. My 9 year old did not get what he wanted. I told the hairstylist to do 5 on top and 3 on the sides. It seems like she gave him all 3 at full speed. I think when they are busy talking amongst themselves, they get distracted on the task at hand.

Critical: QualityI used to go to the location on Main Street in Macungie. They temporarily closed because all of their workers left suddenly. I decided to give the Trexlertown location a try.The master stylist missed a section of my hair that she didn’t cut, and the haircut took a whopping 8 minutes (felt extremely rushed).I went back about three weeks later to give them another try, and my hair was cut by someone different. The front of my hair is uneven and WAY shorter than I asked for. I made an appointment last min..they took me in I was pleased with that. However the lady was very agitated and had no patience with me. Washed my hair…got soap in my eye I asked for water to rinse it ignored what I asked for…I left her a $4 tip to show how much more character I have. I’ll be praying for her soul

I visited Holiday Hair to get a trim and my layers re layered, now I have very long hair down past my butt I told the young lady what I was looking for and she hit it on the nose, she asked me every step of the way how much I wanted her to take off she asked my opinion on the layering and she worked with me, I got exactly what I was looking for she did an amazing job and I really wish I could remember her name but next time I go I’ll post. I also had my eyebrows waxed and she took her time with those as well the staff was very accommodating and friendly and I will definitely return!

I usually get my haircut at this location and normally receive a new stylist each time. I am terrible at asking for what i want (length wise, just a “normal guys haircut” is what i say). Every time they’ve worked with me to get it just right.

Friendly and skilled staff, have been visiting this location for over 10 years. Can sometimes be a bit of a wait until they get to you depending on the time and day. I drive from Kutztown and pass many other places on the way so trust me its worth the wait. New or seasoned the stylists have always been nice.
