After having a bad experience at a nearby business and avoiding getting anywhere near a salon for months, I opted to try this Holiday Hair location spontaneously. I was so glad I did!!! Stylist Gina was incredibly kind, attentive, professional and understanding. She gave me great tips and assured me that we can get my hair back to being healthy with time and proper care. I ended up taking my kids back and they all had the same wonderful experience. The other ladies seemed equally as capable and great. Thank you Gina!!!

Who knows how high they take the price point on any given day or to whom they decide to charge more to. Beware price gauging or whatever they’re doing- it sure doesnt seem legal or ethical. They charge over 10 dollars more at this location than they do a couple miles down at the windgap location. Their pricing practices are extremely sketchy, one day the haircut with be 26.50 and the next almost 40. (No I don’t have long hair nor did I get blowout or hottools no one even offered a shampoo) They claim a “master” stylist can choose what they charge buy will not tell you that you are being placed with one or give you the option to choose otherwise. It almost seems they target people who seem to have more money and charge them more. This is an in and out chain not a high end salon. If I’m going to pay 50 plus I’ll go to a salon and get the experience and attention they offer. Every location in a 50 mile radius has similar prices but at pen argyl it seems to be a pricing free for all. Just be cautious and make sure you’re not being taken advantage of. I sure feel like I was.

It a little bit of a drive for me but I can honestly say it is well worth the extra distance because I have NEVER left unsatisfied.I have gone through many hair styles with Jenna and every time I go in I am unsure of what I want so we talk it over and she gives me the best advice as to what will look good or what may or may not work with my hair type. She truly without a doubt knows what she is doing to the point where I feel completely comfortable walking in and telling her to do her thing because I trust her.The entire experience from walking in the door until leaving is so comfortable you almost forget you are there for a service. The staff has always been so kind and friendly. They treat you with respect and they have always offered me whatever coupons/specials they are running at the current time.If anyone is looking for a new, permanent hair stylists I 100% recommend Jenna at the Pen Argyl Holiday Hair. You will never leave disappointed, I can guarantee that!!(P.S. I have been going to Jenna at Holiday Hair for a few years now and I can honestly say she will be the only professional hair stylist I will ever go to now. It a little bit of a drive for me but I can honestly say it is well worth the extra distance because I have NEVER left unsatisfied.

The stylist’s are friendly however they are not as capable as they say. I went here because a friend suggested it. Her hair looked fine so I figured why not. Unfortunately for me it was a bad choice. While they had a variety of products I needed available for sale and friendly staff they were not the great cutting curly hair AT ALL. The cut was uneven. I wont be going back here nor do I recommend anyone with curly hair to go here for a cut.
