I wanted to treat myself and get a wash, trim and maybe a color. I went 5-31-22 the stylists said she can’t do the color so I just got a wash and cut. She was rough and seemed very Rushed. Pulling hair and rough on scalp. No product in my hair before leaving . I had to actually fix it before leaving because it was sticking up! She was very chatty complaining about rent. She should of paid attention to what she was doing. I won’t be back.

Critical: Quality, ValueI came here to get my hair highlighted, colored and a trim. My hair is long but it took four hours; 3 1/2 just for the highlights. I told her I needed my roots colored too because of the gray. That was never done. She had my highlights on the back of my hair over an hour and a half. Hence now my hair is dry and tangles. I came here to get my hair highlighted, colored and a trim. My hair is long but it took four hours; 3 1/2 just for the highlights. I told her I needed my roots colored too because of the gray. That was never done. She had my highlights on the back of my hair over an hour and a half. Hence now my hair is dry and tangles. I visited this Holiday Hair in Northampton today. I had called in earlier to make an appointment to have my hair styled. Peyton was my beautician and she showed me several ways to style my hair and did such a wonderful job teaching me, patiently, what my options were. Smart and kind and terrific. I will be going back.

Critical: QualityI got a haircut here last year, and to my shock, the stylist actually cut one side of my hair A WHOLE INCH SHORTER THAN THE OTHER. and left it like that! And she completely destroyed my bangs. I wish I saved the pictures as they were quite amusing. Fast forward a year later, and I am desperate for haircuts for myself and my 5 year old daughter. Different stylist so I thought maybe better haircuts. WRONG. My daughters hair has choppy pieces and long strands where her hair wasn’t taken from behind her ears. And my own hair cut, my bangs were destroyed AGAIN.
