Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJust an FYI, i have had a mullet since the 80’s. Jess was the one to cut my hair and brought me into the 21st century. She is FABULOUS. With being an older woman and semi thick… Jess has always given the perfect cut to compliment my face.. She has ALWAYS given the prettiest highlights leaving me say over and over that ” i Love Love Love my hair”.. Because of Jess, i have been a faithful customer since 2009..I currently live over 45 minutes from the salon and i will continue to have Jess cut/color my hair no matter where she works. Every now and then i will ask to “try something new- something different”.. If Jess believes that it’s not a good color or style based on my skin tone or face, I go with her instincts. She has never steered me wrong. I work with a high customer base and i get compliments all the time when i get my hair done. i was saddened to see her “Master Stylist” removed from her work station. With being an older woman and semi thick… Jess has always given the perfect cut to compliment my face.. I’ve used this place when my regular stylist was in the hospital for medical treatment. The two times I was there were distant from each other. Surprisingly they remembered me and how I liked my hair done, and was able to even have the same stylist do it. Would recommend as a fill in for sure.
