Always feel welcomed by whoever comes up to check us in! We did have a hiccup with online booking but that was my mistake not theirs. Myself and my two children 16 yo girl and a 12 year old boy( who will NOT let anyone but April touch his hair) are always 100% happy with her work! She even took the time to show my daughter how to style her new cut.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Employees go out of their way to work with you and are very polite. They won’t sell you on stuff they don’t think would benefit you either… I use nice hair products and asked if there was anything I should get from there. They were very upfront and honest and said that they weren’t going to tell me I needed something if I already used good products. The fact that they were upfront and honest speaks volumes. Because of that, I’d RATHER purchase something here. I also had an experience where I was squeezed into a tight schedule for a quick trim which was fantastic. I’d come here anytime.

Got my hair cut and colored here by Barbie for a wedding. I’ve never been so happy with a salon or the results. The salon was nice and clean and the atmosphere was friendly with all the staff laughing and enjoying each other’s company, while still maintaining professionalism. First, do not make online appointments since I was told it is difficult to accommodate online appointments. I made an online appointment for haircut. I went into the salon at my online time. I was told they will see what they can do and they really do not take online appointments.I waited 40 minutes from the time of my online appt in the salon until an employee was ready to take me. I was told she had a half hour until her next appt, she cannot wash or style due to time limits but she could cut my hair. I was fine with only a cut. However, I instructed her only to cut about 2 inches. I showed her my style long angled in front of my face. I had long beautiful hair and she managed to butcher at least 6 inches off. She told me my hair was uneven she would fix it but it was never uneven but it is now, She butchered my hair my right side is about two inches longer than the left. I have been going to Holiday hair for about 30:years and my worst hair cut ever. She should have told me If she truly didn’t have the time. I would have came back another day especially to prevent the worst cut of my life. I am very upset and I never get upset over hair because it grows. I do not even know the cut she was trying to do because it was not the cut I told her. My husband who never really comments on hair told me he never saw me in such butchered short hair and length difference is noticeable. Unbelievable bad service and poor business. They need to discontinue the online scheduling appointments if they cannot honor them and then rush customers doing a horrible job.
