First time going there, I had a appointment with Kevin. Very kind and pulite, he asked what I wanted, I showed him a picture I had on my phone, it was a high low bob with undercut. He understood immediately what I wanted, he was very detailed and specific with his questions on how to proceed. The outcome was perfect, couldn’t be more satisfied. I am very happy, and I even jokingly said to Kevin “we should have done a before and after picture!” LOL. Thank you Kevin, I definitely recommend and will be going back in the future.

I went and got my haircut and eyebrow wax today at Holiday Hair in buckhorn and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Kevin ran the whole store on a tight schedule but kept the best attitude in the world throughout no matter who walked in the door, As well as being extremely pleased with my experience, I have been coming here for a long time and going to Kevin and I feel he is a very hard devoted kind worker and I dont plan on stopping coming here soon.

I went in for a trim. She asked if I wanted to shampoo, to which I replied no. I was in and out within five minutes and was charged $26. The receipt said cut shampoo… but I didn’t have my hair washed – so it must be the same price if you get it or not. I wish she would’ve told me that when I decline the service. It takes longer to cut men’s hair than it did my trim. I was recommended to this salon and specific stylist by others, but will not be returning. My sister said I was probably charged extra for having long hair and the stylist needing to squat to trim it. I did read the reviews before going there, and someone else did say they were charged full price for a quick cut. When I called to see if the specific stylist was working today, the girl that answered (Amber) caught an attitude real quick. She started to tell me appointment times and when I asked if I needed an appointment she snapped back with “yeah, we are short staffed.” The stylist did what I asked, however, the price was ridiculous for a five minute trim. Like I said, I will not be returning.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve had my hair cut a Holiday Hair several times and they do an okay job. I get a fade and it has never been blended properly but I wear a hat for work so it hasn’t bothered me terribly. The part that bothered me and led to this review was calling to make an appointment and being met by an extremely poor attitude. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery LAZY staff..went in as a walk in, 2 lady’s were available, arrived at 3:40, 1 stylist had an appointment for 4 and the other had an appointment for 4:30. I wanted my hair trimmed and had my 8 yr. Old grandson with me who also needed a trim. They told me they couldn’t do both our cuts.. WHAT! The one had 20 minutes and the other had 50 minutes…so the lady who had 50 minutes, trimmed my grandsons hair, didn’t know how to do a fade, on the sides and back of his hair, and asked me if she should use siccors or clippers..!!! She seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She completed the trim in 10 minutes, charged $16.00 and we were out in 15 minutes. The lady who had 20 minutes, just stood at the desk, waiting for her 4pm appointment, the other who poorly assisted us, still had 35 minutes, and never offered to cut my hair. Very unpleasant experience.. poor service, lazy staff, cost was ridiculous, unprofessional.. Very LAZY staff..went in as a walk in, 2 lady’s were available, arrived at 3:40, 1 stylist had an appointment for 4 and the other had an appointment for 4:30.
