This week I took my 8yo for her first professional haircut for “back to school” and she left in a fit of giggles due to happiness! Took my kids here. Wonderful ambience with friendly staff and a great haircut. However, I went to pay and I was charged an additional $17 because my daughter’s hair was subjectively “long” and the person cutting our hair was “specialized”. None of which was disclosed ahead of time. Their bait and switch approach put a sour taste in my mouth. Big disappointment for a nice experience.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in to have purple dye done to the base line of my hair line ,The stylist put bleach on my hair & left it on my hair for 1 hour and set me under a blower dryer! After she was done & my hair was dried and styled I saw I had a little bit of breakage, she said that’s normal! I was a walk-in today, and Esther cut my hair. It’s one of the best cuts I’ve ever gotten! I’ve always gotten good cuts here, but this one takes the cake. She is also a wonderful conversationalist. I highly recommend Esther! Haircut
