Since covid, they no longer show prices on a board for their services when entering. You have no idea about rates unless you inquire. I have been going for many years and I find that rate increases more often now since they no longer disclose the rates. The service itself is fine.

Caryn was very friendly and attentive. Did a great job with my cut and answered all my questions, including advising me that a product I was looking at to purchase would not be good for my fine hair. That showed she was interested in helping me, more than making a buck by selling me something that wouldn’t work for me.

After having home hair color fail, Tarah was able to fix a hair emergency as I needed it fixed ASAP for an interview. She wasn’t able to color my hair as bright as I wanted & she educated me on color doesn’t go over color, so she helped me pick a color close to what I was going for. She was very respectful, and literally educated me throughout the process. She even did a deep conditioning treatment. So thankful for her services, the color looks better than what I had originally wanted & I’ve been getting so many compliments!
