I have had my hair washed and straighten by Ariana YESTERDAY a new stylist at this location. She is very nice and takes her time to make sure my hair looks nice. I have since referred 6 other clients to her and all are very pleased. I am happy to have found a stylist that knows how to maintain/style natural African American hair without charging an arm or leg and not being at the salon long. I am in and out within 1.5 hours♥️Thank Ariana- See you in 2 weeks

I really enjoyed my experience here. I have very difficult curly hair that I have always had trouble finding someone to cut properly. Everyone has always had to straighten it to cut or butchered it up. I had Lindsay and she was so nice and professional. After she asked me what I wanted to accomplish with the visit, she painted a picture in her head and I loved the results. It was pretty quick, too, for highlights, and she was willing to keep slowly cutting and showing me if the length was okay instead of rushing and cutting too much off the first time (.you know, curly hair problems when it dries and your hair is 10 times shorter than it was before!) i know who my stylist is now!

Very professional, friendly and clean. Everyone was wearing masks and it was sanitary. Price for a beard trim and haircut after tip was about 40 so that seems pretty agreeable. They were able to seat me right away which is always a plus, no one wants to sit around and wait. Will return when next haircut is needed.

First impressions are not everything, however they are important. There were no warm or friendly greetings when I entered the shop for my apt. I definitely enjoyed meeting Adriana. She was pleasant and did a fine job trimming my hair. She offered a deep conditioning treatment. My mistake, in hindsight, is that I didn’t ask the price! My hair definitely needed it but i wasnt expecting to pay that much for one treatment! I’d have preferred to buy the product to use multiple times on my own than ever pay that much for a single treatment. It was nice, but not any big deal. I’ve had deep treatments at other salons that were more luxurious, effective and priced lower! I was hoping to have my hair simply styled with some waves or curl but that would have cost me $20 extra dollars!!! The last few (higher end) salons I’ve visited styled my hair at no additional cost. I love walking out with that wonderful freshly styled feeling! I came here to save a few bucks, but I ended up paying more than i expected for less results. Very disappointing. I’m still definitely grateful for a good cut. Overall I had a good experience, but was surprised at the end to pay more than i had planned or budgeted for a not high end salon. Will prob not return. Adriana was great, just not impressed with the salon or prices.

The stylist with the cat tattoo behind her ear has given me the worse hair experience of my life. I talked about doing an ombré. I explain I understand if it can’t be done because I boxed dye it the last time colored my hair. She said she would do strand test and she didn’t and I didn’t think anything of it. She only put the toner in my hair for a few minutes not even a half and hour but hey I don’t have a license so I didn’t think anything of it. After it was done I had huge red streaks in my hair. I pointed them out and she said box dye can be unpredictable. I said if it was going to mess up my hair I told you I didn’t want it. I also pointed out the dye left on my face, ear, and neck she handed me a towel for ME to clean up HER mess. Her lack of skills that I had to clean up. I said “wow your not even going to apologize”. She said “I’m trying to ring you out.” I’m a mother who is trying to do something for myself I don’t expect to be given bad service and a “license” stylist be rude to me for her mistakes…

I went to get more layers in my hair yesterday and the back was full of layers but not the sides…. the stylist informed me this is how layers are done. I’ve never had this done to my hair before. Then I had to go on and on about it not being right before the other girl would even look at it. And the layers weren’t right. Then on top of it the other stylist said the girl that cut my hair had some serious personal issues going on and more or less I should over look the bad haircut. And then the credit card machine wasn’t working so I ended up paying with a check to the stylist in her name. I wonder if there is even a record of my being there. I will never go there again!!! And ontop of it I will need to pay someone else to recut my hair. I have short layers to the nape of my neck and atleast 6 inches of of hair on the bottom that’s all one length without the layers. Talk about a big disappointment!

I walked in and was greeted politely, I explained I was there for my eyebrows to be done. The stylist explained there was a 45min wait which I understood due to me being a walk in. She stated there were two customers in front of me so she suggested I go run an errand. I arrived back in 50min, the man that was waiting when i first came in was still there and stated he had been waiting for over an hour. I continued to wait for about another 10min but ended up leaving without any service. I felt uncomfortable with how the stylists had no problem gossiping loudly infront of the clients, but was not able to keep me or the other gentlemen waiting updated on how long it would be. This was my first and last experience at a Holiday Hair.
