Staff was really nice, but not an overall good experience. When checking in I was told the stylist who would be doing my hair was new, but my haircut would be an easy one. After she colored and cut my hair she asked if I wanted any products put into my hair and I told her no but wanted her to dry it. She dried it, but did not even dry my ends under. I figured I could just fix it when I got home so didn’t worry too much about it, but wasn’t thrilled. When I got home I realized that there was color still all over both of my ears, clumps of color still on my scalp and my hair was super sticky from color not rinsed out. My cut was uneven and needs to be fixed. I liked the price, but now is another $50 to go to another salon to have it fixed, plus I went out immediately after with color all over my ears. Overall not worth the money to have to pay to have it redone.

Critical: CleanlinessMy experience was not very pleasant I walked into the Greencastle PA branch on 02-28-21 and water was dripping through the ceiling I asked the girl what is going on and she said she called corporate and they said just keep cutting hair! Mind you this was not a tiny drip it was a steady stream of water at multiple locations! I have used this location for the last 5yrs or so and was completely dumbfounded at the disrespect from corporate! I even went and took a ceiling tile down for this poor girl because it was soaking wet and about to fall to the floor!
