Holiday Hair

Critical: Quality, ValueI went into my my appointment today and I had the master stylist do my hair (The manager/Rhonda) and I came in with extremely long hair she talked me into getting 5 inches cut off which was fine but it turned out like this. My hair before was the picture with the long hair. She definitely took way more than just five inches off and the so called layers are very choppy and uneven on one side compared to the other. I did not even notice until I got home or I would of said something (probably because she didn’t bother showing me my hair like most stylist do/ I think she knew she messed up). She charged me 34 dollars for this now I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed and spend more money. She should not be a manger if she cannot cut hair even. I went into my my appointment today and I had the master stylist do my hair (The manager/Rhonda) and I came in with extremely long hair she talked me into getting 5 inches cut off which was fine but it turned out like this. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI left home this morning in dire need of a haircut and was dreading it. I can never seem to get the cut or look I want. NOT TODAY!! I LOVE IT SANDY did a great job, offered me the hair products I need, but didn’t try to push others I don’t. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. And did I mention I love my hair?Highly recommend Sandy. And btw, I received a pixie cut…any little flaw shows easily. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueInstead of focusing hard on pushing someone to cut most of their hair off, maybe they need to focus more on the task they’re asked to do. I got my hair cut and after telling me that they couldn’t do the cut I wanted without cutting most of my hair off, they did not show me the back of my head when it was done. IT LOOKED LIKE A 2- YEAR OLD TOOK DULL SCISSORS TO THE BACK OF MY HEAD!! Also when your appt. Is supposed to take little less than an hour, it actually takes a little less then 15 minutes. Never ever go here. They need to recertify their staff, because the woman I got, cannot cut hair. 0/10. Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. She took her time and talked through some choice with my haircut/hairstyle. Make sure you stop by and make an appointment or walk in. Worth every penny.
