this place is an insane joke, came in asking for long curtain bangs and I got a fringe. I’ve had to have 2 other stylists fix it and try to make it look better. No one apologized, I kept asking for my money back and was told “oh my card machine is broken blah blah” so I had to finally go up there and just get cash, and again, no apology, no nothing. if your hair stylist doesn’t know what she’s doing please get her out before she does this to anyone else I will never go back.

The stylist are always friendly and nice, even when they have a not so happy customer. They have always made sure that i am happy w my service. I have never went into this shop and would have a complaint. The stylist are always friendly and nice, even when they have a not so happy customer. They have always made sure that i am happy w my service. I come here all the time and have always left satisfied but my haircut today was disappointing to say the least. Ive been growing my hair out for a little while and wanted a trim to keep it fresh. Instead, my stylist cut 4 inches off. I just asked for the split ends to be cut. I asked for short layers and instead i have long layers that are hardly noticeable. I couldnt ask for shorter layers because my hair was already cut to my shoulders. I asked for curtain bangs and instead i got blunt forehead bangs. The stylist was new and it is my fault for not speaking up BUT she should have showed me how much would need to be cut to get my split ends off and she should have given me curtain bangs and she should have given me short layers. By the time i put my glasses on to see what it looked like, there was nothing i could say. Glue my hair back on? I paid and left. Im disappointed because i loved my hair before and asked for a trim and fresh layers and i left with a completely different haircut than what i wanted. I wish she would have erred on the side of caution and cut an inch or 2 at a time and then asked if i wanted it shorter instead of chopping everything off at once and now my hair is too short.
