ACMED turned my 3c thick, dense hair into pageant, runway hair! I’ve been going to salons for over 40 years, and my transformation has never been so amazing. She did a tea tree cleanse to address my scalp issues, and did a deeper conditioner to help my dry, colored hair. She blow dried my hair super straight, then curled it in layers. It’s a week later today and it still looks fantastic. I haven’t as much as brushed it and it’s still very smooth and stylish. I highly recommend her services, and I’ll be back!

We went in with our son at 6pm one night. No one said a single word to us when we walked in, after sitting down for over 30 minutes waiting one of the stylists finally comes up to us and tells us its going to be a 2 hour wait. We were the only ones in the waiting room and would not have sat there for a half hour if we would have known about the wait. When asking the woman why she didn’t tell us earlier after waiting for a half hour without as little as a hello. She said sorry I was busy…. Thanks for wasting our time….

One of the staffs there was very pushy and acted bossy towards me. She made me feel scared and bad about getting my hair bleached for full-on coloring only after my hair was bleached. Told me I need to come back every 6 weeks or my hair will turn bad because it’s kind of ruined now. She then did not stop blow drying my hair after I complained about how hot it feels and that I don’t like to put heat on my thin hair.

I called at 2:30 for an appointment for my husband to get a haircut. They offered 4:30 and I agreed. She then changed the time to 5 and I told her that was fine also. We arrive at 4:50 and he was checked in. There was a gentleman sitting waiting with us. After waiting 20 minutes the man walked to the counter and asked why he wasn’t taken back yet because he hadn’t been called yet and they determined he was at the wrong location and sent him out to go to the other location. Shouldn’t they have checked this when he can in? So the time is now 5:30 and my husband is STILL WAITING to be seen. I go inside the salon and asked why he hasn’t been taken back and the woman in the tacky red hat tells me he was a walk in and that they are busy. I corrected her and told her I called and what the conversation entailed. She looks at me after the checking the computer and says “ Oh that was me.” I thought when you checked into a salon they confirmed if you had an appointment and what your name was? This experience was extremely unprofessional and we will not be returning here. You need to replace the short round blonde with the tacky red hat. Just saying.

I just wanted to come here and rave about Acmed. She was hands down one of the kindest and most knowledgeable stylists I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! She took the time to advise me what cut, colors, and styling best suited me– and for probably the first time in 38 years of life, I actually well and truly LOVED my hair when I left the salon. Not only that, but I felt comfortable with the idea of maintaining it thanks to the products and techniques she suggested.

First of let me say that if you are looking for a hairdresser who knows her stuff, book an appointment with Acmed and I promise you that that you will not be disappointed! My twin sister had gotten her hair done by Acmed about 5 weeks ago and she decided to take the 2 hour trip so she could get her hair touched up by her favorite stylist this weekend, and I decided to go with her again to the salon. I had been pretty hesitant to cut my hair for approx 3 years, but my hair was extremely damaged from years of bleaching it blonde and from styling it with heat nearly every day so much so that the majority of my length was snapping off anyhow. Acmed immediately recognized us when we walked in and she took the time to really figure out a plan on how to get my hair back to a healthier state by adding back a lot of the moisture that my hair had been desperately needing. When I showed her the picture of the haircut that I was hoping to get she told me that it was exactly what she was thinking about suggesting to me. She salvaged as much of my length as she could and helped me get a funky new hairstyle for these hot summer days! THANK YOU ACMED!!!

She did an excellent job on all of us, and my mother especially is hard to please! She’s experienced, loves creativity and is extremely easy to talk to!
