I’ve been going to Kayla for years and I won’t let anyone else do my hair. She’s friendly and knowledgeable and is always helpful when I need hair products. She does an amazing job with my hair and makes me feel beautiful. Kayla is amazing! She helps me pick a style that fits my life and face shape. Critical: QualityI brought my six-year-old daughter in for a haircut and she has long curly mixed hair. Before I was aware of what was happening the person doing her hair already had a heat treatment device straightening her hair without my permission. The duration of the haircut was 2 1/2 hours and all previous haircuts that I’ve ever had for her have been 30 to 40 minutes tops. The following day when viewing her hair there was lots of unevenness observed. This was quite possibly the worst haircut experience I have ever been through. My daughter was very upset after the experience and I very much regret going to this location. I ask the person cutting her hair if she’d ever cut a child’s hair like this and she had said many times, but it was very obvious that the style and methods she was using were not well suited to the type of hair being cut. Before I was aware of what was happening the person doing her hair already had a heat treatment device straightening her hair without my permission.
