My eyebrows were done completely wrong. One was half shaved off at the bottom and the other fluffy. Tara said that it looked perfect to her, clearly was not. I came back trying to be kind and she gave me extreme attitude and never offered to reimburse anything, I had given a $10 tip. Very upset. She was very rude to me. Waxing

Highway robbery!! I was charged over 300.00 for a trim and some highlights mixed with some lowlights and toner. The toner you can get a whole bottle for less than 20.00 on Amazon. With this economy, this is crazy. Friendly and nice people, but not at all consumer friendly. Who can afford over 300.00 every six weeks? That’s crazy at any time, no matter the economy, to pay that much! Great Clips is only charging 17.00 for a cut. The rest, DIY!

I had a appointment with Jami for a haircut. When i got there she was ready for me and always had great conversations with her. Jami sanitized as soon as i got out her chair, and cleaned her tools. It made me feel very comfortable.The salon itself is very clean and neat, and the staff is friendly. (There was only 2 there). I would definitely recommend them for future services.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was LONG overdue for a haircut. Had a meeting on Friday The 13th and needed a cut. They took me in as a walk-in and had me in a chair in less than 5 minutes. Stylist was Jackie and she was fantastic! Great personality, perfect amount of small chit-chat but VERY focused on her work. I went from a shaggy overgrown mess to a proper short clipper cut in about a half hour. Can’t stress enough how pleased I am with my cut and Jackie’s overall professionalism!
