Very disappointed ☹️ and we truly miss brionna ☹️ my daughter has such thick curly hair that it needs a true professional..and brionna was it!!!….upon placing the appointment I made it known we needed one who was skilled with thick hair…since bri had left….. No problem we were told… Well this time… new stylist and We left with uneven hair that we didn’t see until we got out to the car….. Way shorter than we wanted…. And very little to no layers!!! She now wears a hood all the time when we go out because she is embarrassed…… :/

Rachel always does a terrific job!! She has given me lowlights and highlights and they turned out perfectly! She does my hair for all my school dances, i show her a picture of what i want and she does it! And she always has a smile on her face! Rachel also cuts my brothers crazy hair. There were 2 stylists and I wanted to get my 2 daughter’s hair trimmed. I noticed they looked at the clock, before they said they would they take them, but I didn’t think anything of it, it was Saturday afternoon. At 5:15 a lady and her 2 kids came in and they told her they closed at 5. I felt awful and like a jerk! I had no idea. I apologized immediately and profusely, but they said we were fine and it was ok. They did such a nice job with their cuts and they were very kind. They could’ve easily told us that they were about to close and turn us away.
