Her stylist Shondel was great she took her time and asked all the right questions to ensure my gram had the best experience. Erin was wonderful and very thorough with me about exactly what she was going to do and what I should expect it to look like and it turned out way better than I could’ve ever imagined. Everyone there was extremely nice and the environment itself was so positive. I have super thick hair and Erin made sure to get each and every layer. Erin was wonderful and very thorough with me about exactly what she was going to do and what I should expect it to look like and it turned out way better than I could’ve ever imagined. All I wanted was an inch taken off and was charged 11 dollars more because it was mid length. What’s the difference in cutting an inch off shorter hair than longer nothing.. same thing…same amount of time. Oh if you want your hair blowed dried another 10 dollars. She actually trimmed by hair in less than 5 minutes. I was also open to suggestions about doing something with my hair, but she had none. Nothing like spending 40.00 for a horrible experience and having to go outside in the cold with wet hair.
