Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI booked an appointment just an hour or so beforehand, and the online booking was a little bit of a hassle. It was showing times that were supposedly available, but when I tried to select that time, it would tell me that time was no longer available. I still managed to book the appointment on a short notice, so I didn’t mind too much. When I arrived and was sat down with Janet (super lovely and nice), she immediately made me feel comfortable. I asked for a v-cut, layers, and some curtain bangs. I asked for her own opinion, and she suggested that I go for a rounded cut instead to give my hair a much softer look. I agreed, and I am so glad I listened! It looks absolutely amazing. I ended up even buying the blow dry product since it was great on my hair. The only reason I did not give a full five stars was just due to the pricing. I was under the impression based from online that a simple cut, shampoo, and style was sub $30. I noticed that a cut, shampoo, and FULL style would be above that. On my receipt, I was charged $38 ($35 after a “$3 off cut non request”) along with a $11.50 charge for a length add-on I believe. I understand that my hair was long and about 4 inches were cut off, but I feel like I did not necessarily get a full style and just a simple brush and blow dry. The haircut minus me buying some product amounted to almost $50. I understand that my hair may have been a lot, so I don’t blame all of the pricing. I think I just wish that there was more transparency or that the site and Google were more informative.
