I came in to get an eyebrow wax and hair cut on 07/30/2022. I asked to have about 2 inches cut off the length and to add layers and frame my face. My hair grows slow and is thin due to thyroid disease so I was just trying to add some shape and volume. Jennifer was my stylist that day and I wish I had never walked in. She took way more than 2 inches off and my layers still aren’t blended properly. She kept asking me where she should cut and if she missed anything. The layers up front for the face framing aren’t even even. I was so mortified that I couldn’t even say anything because I just wanted her to stop cutting my hair. So when she was done I just paid and left. My hair grows slow so now what was long hair when I walked in is now short unmanageable and uneven hair. I look ridiculous. What am I supposed to do with short hair!? Not to mention I have a strong jawline which is one reason why I don’t do short hair. I would give anything to be able to go back and choose not to walk in there that day.

I went in for a cut,mind you my hair was down to my waist & I told her I wanted to keep my length twice.I even showed her a picture. I wanted it to the middle of my back. I didn’t see till it was 2 late. She cut my hair to my shoulders. I was gracious but when I left I wanted to cry. Its so bad I can’t even wate it down. She had blue hair. But I will never return to that place.

Took my son in for a haircut. I asked for a “clean-up”. The girl cutting his hair called me back to see if it was the correct length. I told her it was good and to just clean it up, but not shorten anything else. The “manager” went over to “blend” the rest, and totally screwed up his hair. She gave him a military cut which made him look just like his father, who I may add, he has an awful relationship with. He has important photos coming up in a week, and he hates his haircut. Not to mention these girls are all rude. Coincidently, while we were waiting, a young girl came in with her mother to have her hair fixed. She had been in the day before, and they screwed up her hair as well. Will NEVER go back, and will recommend that others don’t as well.
