I will start off stating that I have long and fine hair and was seeking a simple service. My stylist was personable and performed the bare basics. Despite leaving hair dye throughout the bottom of my hair causing me to rewash and blow dry my hair once I went home, my complaint was not with her performance. To receive an all over color to match my roots and a very basic trim costed 120 plus tip. I would hate to see how much they charge for something with skill. I understand supply chain changes but I’ve never paid that much for so little.

Came in for a Simple haircut and the Stylist cut one side of my head shorter than the other. When I asked her to fix it she could have cared less and ran the long trimers over it again. Then still charged full amount. I will have to go another place to get it fixed and now pay double. Will never go back to this location. Have used the Ebensburg one in the past and have had good experiences.
