My hairdresser hardly spoke to me in the 4 hours it took to do a partial color. I had to ask what she was doing next which about halfway through prompted her to begin telling me she’d be right back instead of just walking away as she’d been doing before, and letting me know the next step. I don’t get my hair done often, and the lack of communication and friendliness was disheartening especially since she would converse with other clients around me but not me. Not sure if she was having an off day or just didn’t want to be on my hair, but in the 4 hours I was there I never even got a how’s your day. When all was said and done she asked me to take a look, at first glance it looked alright, but out in the sunlight I could see where the color hadn’t taken fully to some of the lightened hair. There are spots that hardly have blue and spots that are tinted and then spots that are colored. Unfortunately she never even told me her name and I was so frustrated by the end I forgot to ask.

Jessica did amazing she did everything I asked for! She has a bubbly personality, Super sweet very gentle. I went and got my hair done at another salon and they damaged my hair so I went to this salon and Jessica fixed my damaged hair and did wonders to it bought some product and it’s been amazing!
