Definitely need one of the younger girls to work on her people skills. Blank stare in response to everything I said, didn’t smile once, seemed annoyed we were even there. Took my other son and myself off the list and left with just one kid having a haircut. Shame, the other woman seemed very friendly and I’d have happily given her my business. Edit to take it down to one star because once we got home we realized we’ll have to go somewhere to fix the only haircut we managed to get. Front of his head and back of his neck is uneven and a lot of pieces missed where she clippered.

I am typically apprehensive when it comes to visiting a chain business for a haircut. I was pleasantly surprised. Cara was professional and gave me a wonderful haircut. My first visit was about 6 weeks ago. The staff was nice and friendly, place was clean and price was average for a perm. I’ve had perms just about every year. Some good, some bad but always something I could work with. This one however left me with a mess of frizz after only 3 days. I just moved here and was way to busy to go back. I just stuck on a hat and moved on. I believe in second chances so I’m going tomorrow for a color and cut. If both flop I definitely won’t go back. I’m hoping all turns out well. Update: I may go back for a cut as that turned out good. As for the two colors, my front and back don’t blend. No light in the front like there is in the back. I didn’t asked to see the back after the coloring was done but my husband noticed right away.
