I told HH the length of the clipper that I’ve always used at HH, told them that the current length was fine, I just needed it cleaned up in the back, around the ears, and the other hard to reach places. They used the wrong length guide and cut all my hair down to a 1/4 inch. My sideburns were over 1/2 inch different in length between the two sides. If I wanted a buzz cut could have easily done a better job myself at home and saved the money.
