Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve always hated getting my haircut because I always leave feeling like I overpaid to get too much hair chopped off so I’ve been cutting my own hair for years. NEVER AGAIN! The prices here were so reasonable but the salon was extremely clean and my hair has never felt healthier after my cut and conditioning treatment. Sarafina was so professional, friendly, and listened to exactly what I wanted. I’ve always hated getting my haircut because I always leave feeling like I overpaid to get too much hair chopped off so I’ve been cutting my own hair for years. NEVER AGAIN! The prices here were so reasonable but the salon was extremely clean and my hair has never felt healthier after my cut and conditioning treatment. Sarafina was so professional, friendly, and listened to exactly what I wanted. I will only trust her with my hair in the future, absolutely love it!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used to go to the Holiday Hair in Lopatcong until they closed. This was my first time at the Pohatcong location on 1/22. I asked my stylist to do the same color that I have had from Lopatcong for over a year. Usually it lasts 7 months or so and bleeds for several months in the shower. It’s about a month later and my color has already faded, extremely uneven, and it only bled in the shower for two washes. I went in on 2/19 to talk to the manager. She saw what I was talking about and said she would fix it herself for no charge. She was supposed to call me on the evening of 2/22 to set me up for this week. Tomorrow is going to be Thursday and I still haven’t received a call. I even called on Tuesday afternoon and left a message with a stylist to remind them too. I am extremely unhappy. I paid $180, including tip for my service. I used to go to the Holiday Hair in Lopatcong until they closed. This was my first time at the Pohatcong location on 1/22. I asked my stylist to do the same color that I have had from Lopatcong for over a year. Usually it lasts 7 months or so and bleeds for several months in the shower. She does wonders with color. I have had just about every hair color and every kind of haircut. She always gives me her honest opinion as a professional and gives me exactly what I ask for every time. It no longer feels like I am going to just a hair appt. It feels like I’m visiting a family member to catch up and get a makeover. I would follow her anywhere. Highly recommended. Holiday Hair is also very clean and a friendly environment. I have had just about every hair color and every kind of haircut. She always gives me her honest opinion as a professional and gives me exactly what I ask for every time.
