Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI forgot to ask for the nail tech’s name, but she is by far the best tech I’ve ever had. Super friendly and very very detail-oriented. I showed her a picture on Pinterest that I wanted, and my nails look identical. So so pleased with how they turned out, and not nearly as expensive as I was expecting. I forgot to ask for the nail tech’s name, but she is by far the best tech I’ve ever had. Super friendly and very very detail-oriented. I showed her a picture on Pinterest that I wanted, and my nails look identical. So so pleased with how they turned out, and not nearly as expensive as I was expecting. Will definitely be coming here again.

Horrible and scary experience. I live in Carencro, but normally get my nails done in Lafayette. There was a young man there who was told to do my pedicure, and I could tell he didn’t want to work. I even asked if he was okay. He started cutting on my toes and digging so deep he hurt me on three different toes. One he took off extra nail along the side for no reason and cut so far in I jumped in pain. He left me with one crooked cut nail and another that was way too short. He only scrubbed one side of my heels, but didn’t do the whole foot. He then put the lotion and massaged me as if I was made of tissue paper and when I told him he could rub a little harder he only did for a few seconds. The polishing wasn’t even perfect. I left with color smudge on my skin in one area and the biggest noticeable toe wasn’t smooth at all. I’m a very quiet person, but I wish I would have stopped the whole process and left early because now I feel stupid for not yelling. I now have pain on my toes and had to treat them with antibiotics. This shop has scared me for life. I wonder if he did this on purpose, so his relatives in the shop wouldn’t make him do it again. He seriously has NO idea how to give a decent pedicure or even what good customer service is. Don’t let the young guy there touch you.

Happy New Years. Went in day before New Year’s Eve, they were very busy but there were good vibes in the atmosphere. Immediately greeted very friendly. My manicurist sat had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Cute and quick little polish and nail file!!!

Not very friendly, every time I attempt to get my nails done here it seems like no one wants to assist me. If you are only trying to get one service done, they will refuse services. I didn’t feel welcomed.

I went in for a pedicure in April. Nicholas did the pedicure. He cut the “hangnails” on each side of my toes. They were bleeding quite a bit. He just squeezed very hard to get the bleeding to stop. It was quite painful. He kept going forward with the pedicure. I now have learned, he should of stopped at this point, in the process. I had three toes that ended up getting infected. It was quite a painful ordeal!

It took me about a month and a half to finally go visit this nail shop but let me tell you I waited a month to long they were friendly, clean and following all guidelines and beyond for Covid-19. The prices are reasonable, the color selection is off the chains and i have found my permanent spoiler place!! Thanks for the grat service! I will be back!
