Appointment is needed, but always have to wait at least 1/2 an hour. I was 15 minutes late today and still have to wait for him to finish up with his client. Then another client walked in and he wanted me to wait/come back in an hour. His cut is a hit and a miss anyway. His service is just “BAD”. Read the comments and most of them are male (?) I am done with this place.
