Did not receive what was asked. Asked for 1-2in trim and they took off more than 6in. Asked for dye and they gave me a different color and sectioned it differently than how I wanted and it was patchy. I asked for an appointment for them to fix what they had done, they agreed, but appointment day, they double booked my slot and said they would give 20% off the appointment to fix my hair, which is awful, because I paid had already paid a lot of money and received terrible service. I would never go here or recommend this place to anyone.

If you do go to get a cut…. only go to Ellis, and a female with tats and pretty colored hair (sorry, can’t remember her name), but they know what they’re doing… a friend of mine went in today, and the barber messed his head up..he didn’t even feel comfortable going back to have em attempt at fixing it had to go to fantastic Sams for Ms. Barbra to fix it… beware of other stylist.****UPDATE— the Owner Mr. Dominic reached out and assisted in resolving the issue! This business is A+. Thank you for your concern, and we will continue to do business here!
