It’s a nice place to go to but I personally wouldn’t frequently go there for Solar full sets. I’m from out of town and normally get a full set solar with ombre.I prefer a thinker acrylic to prevent breakage. This particular visit was for Halloween and I showed a picture of what I was looking for. I started off with one lady and then midway into the set they had to get another person to actually do the ombre…it took several trials and errors to get the right black and color to ombre… end result was nice but just this week I had a nail break not sure how/why as I just woke up to a broken nail.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI really do not want to give them 1 star. I was so displeased with their service. If you work in Elgin, be OF ELGIN, BE ABOUT THE FAMILY AND HAVE good customer service. The 1st tech was not attentive, seemed to act like I was inconveniencing him by asking for a mimosa. He did a terrible job with the dip. I had to come back the next day and have them fix it and they acted like I was inconveniencing them to fix HIS mess up. I kept telling the lady she was hurting me, she did apologize, but she did it again and I yelled out. It hurt So bad. I pay way too much for a well deserved service, I should receive the PROPER service, the 1st time. They should offer you drinks, hand massages if you are getting a full service, etc… will not be returning. I still tipped although it was not deserved. They were so thick and glopped on. Service was 3 days ago and this is after the 2nd try the next day. It should have been a complete do over. I added a picture. Hnails is definitely gonna be my go to! It was quite a wait but they made sure to remind your not forgotten and made it very comfortable. Kim did great on my nails! Terrible service, not even 30 minutes after my manicure i felt strong pain in every finger, possibly infection, bad structure and hang nails. Glopy paint job and workers are very impatient with you. I recommend you find another place.
