Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m pretty disappointed in my service and quality that I received. I went in for a full French tip set and was charged 46$ my cuticles were not taken care of, the acrylic was placed over not properly cleaners nails and that’s resulting in my nails looking very grown out. I spent 45 minutes filing and shaping my nails properly after spending 50$ for her to do that herself. I’m pretty disappointed in my service and quality that I received. I went in for a full French tip set and was charged 46$ my cuticles were not taken care of, the acrylic was placed over not properly cleaners nails and that’s resulting in my nails looking very grown out. Completely rude. First time and last time. They were busy asked if I can wait. Didn’t really want to because when places like that are busy they rush and care less about the service. A lady said they were worth the wait which honestly they weren’t. Rudest people. Never been treated this rude. They asked what color I wanted. I had no clue as I never been there. They decided to put the tinfoil on while I wait. It’s hard to look at the swatches. So couldn’t pick a color… so the lady was rude again. My shellac was still on so she had to use the dermal. Finally I found a color and they said it was chrome. Which I believe was a lie because it just had glitter and wasn’t a chrome look at all. Said it would be $10 more. So I said forget it just a manicure. The manicure wasn’t a full manicure at all. I went to pay and it was like $20 something. I refused to pay that. And asked why. Because they gave me a manicure and took shellac off. I said no. So then it was 15 then 16.

I went in to get a basic set of acrylics with a French manicure. The sign said $25 I was told that it was $50!!? Upon completion of the set? I am very interested in how the price doubled? A co-worker mentioned that she visited the same location and was charged $50 for her toes and nails just being painted!!
