Hannah and her team are the sweetest! She recently did all the hair and my makeup for my wedding and I was so happy with it that I went back right after my honeymoon for her to color my hair. I’ve never had color so I was super nervous, but she made me feel so pretty and I love the way it came out! I even told her I’d go back just for her to wash my hair Can’t wait for our next session!

Critical: ProfessionalismI had a wedding to attend to today. I made the appointment to go and get my hair done a month prior. Imagine my surprise when I arrive at the salon and I check in tell them that I have an appointment and they look at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. They even sent me a text the day before confirming my appointment with them! They said “sorry it’s an automated response from the computer the girl you made the appointment with doesn’t work here anymore we can try to fit you in.” At the very least y’all could have double checked the girls appointment book and canceled all her clients! Imagine my surprise when I arrive at the salon and I check in tell them that I have an appointment and they look at me like they had no idea what I was talking about.
